Kristy Minter
Kristy joined Ingenia as the General Manager of People, Culture and Safety in November 2021. She has over 20 years’ experience in human resources in banking, consumer goods, retail, and wholesale distribution, both domestically and internationally.
Kristy is focused on creating competitive advantage through building a constructive workplace culture. She has deep and broad experience all aspects of people, specifically in leadership development, remuneration and creating high performance teams.
Kristy holds a Master of Applied Science, a Master of Commerce and a Bachelor of Business.
