What is an A-REIT?
An Australian Real Estate Investment Trust (A-REIT) is a collective investment vehicle, which owns a portfolio of property. A-REITs are quoted on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and their prices fluctuate in accordance with supply and demand and market fundamentals.
What is the ASX code for the Fund that I invest in?
How often is a distribution paid?
Ingenia Communities pays distributions, if applicable, on a half yearly basis. Distributions are paid in March and September each year.
Can I get a replacement tax/distribution statement?
To request a tax/distribution statement, please contact our Registry, Link Market Services, or click here to log in to view your investment details. You will need your HIN/SRN to do this. You can access your current and past tax statements via the Payment History tab.
Does Ingenia have an active Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP)?
Participation is optional and by making an election to participate, investors will automatically have their distribution payment reinvested in additional units at a discount to the market price, free of brokerage and other transaction costs.
How do I lodge my Tax File Number (TFN) / Australia Business Number (ABN)?
