Our Governance framework enhances the delivery of our sustainability objectives and the identification and management of financial and non-financial risks across the business and in our operating environment.

The Board continues to review the governance framework and practices of the Group to meet the highest standards of integrity, ensuring that the activities of the Group are conducted in a proper and efficient manner in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

ESG governance and oversight

The Group’s Audit Risk and Sustainability Committee (ARSC) has responsibility for overseeing the Group’s sustainability reporting. The people and culture committee (PAC) is responsible for sustainability strategy and target setting.

The members of the ARSC and PAC are all independent, non-executive Directors.
